Principal Lisa Fernandez heads up the Fall 2007 march for Peace. Each
class from P.S. 119 made banners and brought their message to the streets
around their school. "What do we want?" "Peace!"

These Peace builders are concentrating in the center of a mandala
created on International Peace Day in the Fall of 2007.
|
|
The students spontaneously brought items to the center of the mandala
on International Peace Day. Rubberbands, paper clips, folded notes,
shells and rocks. Each and every student took a moment to wish for
peace on earth beginning with their own neighborhood.
