Science as a way of knowing is at best an approximation of  reality.   
It affords us a probability of  the state of things as they actually 
exist, given the facts that we know and our ability to measure and 
escribe.  Art allows us to extrapolate on these facts and fact based 
theories and notions and reach beyond what we can measure and describe. 
It is able to materialize the unknown improbable fantastical side of 
life.  My work is just such an extrapolation.
