Monologue:   Setting me free from the weight of words.  

I am inspired by the function of the monologue used in drama.  
The work is intended to communicate the weight of thoughts and 
words.  My personal writings are inscribed on the gown and the 
rocks.  The rocks are made from a very light material, 
expressing the paradox of this intangible impression on the mind.  
Throughout the performance the viewers and I will both pick up 
the rocks, which will release the weight and set me free.  In 
exchange for their help, the viewers will inherit an original 
piece of the artwork.
