Tiana Peterson's work draws a poetic line back to form by imbuing consumer purchases 
with a new delicacy. Often the subjects selected are iconic people, landscapes, or 
designs represented in books. The two works included in Unreal City, Unreal Country 
are made from Frank Gehry and Frank Lloyd Wright pop-up books. Through these 
gestural sculptures delicacy is applied to consumer abundance.
