My Life has been an overwhelming, but fascinating journey.  I have 
learned the importance of family, unconditional love and creativity 
during my journey.  I have had a love for color ever since I have 
been old enough to hold a crayon.

I have had a very wide range of influences.  My wife, Cynthia, 
John Coltrane, Willie Butler, Malcolm X, Russell Means, Picasso, 
Sitting Bull, Billie Holiday, Jacob Lawrence, Paul Gauguin and 
Joanne Shenandoah, just to name a few.

Because of this journey, I am able to create these paintings.  They 
all reflect my Native American and Afro-American background along 
with my love for music.  Every brush stroke, every color combination, 
every finished piece is a part of me. A part of my soul and a part of 
my journey through life.
