Kim Connell

Kim Connell is co-founder and President of Rainlake, LLC.   
She has produced, directed and edited award-winning news  
magazine shows, nationally televised specials, theatrically  
released feature documentaries as well as educational and 
non-profit videos.

Kim grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and received her degree  
in Visual Media from American University in Washington, D.C.   
Kim learned early on that videography was a powerful form of  
communication and that it carried with it an important  
responsibility to inform, educate, mobilize, and protect people  
and the planet.  Outside of her numerous socially conscious 
media efforts, Kim has also managed to produce and edit many
videos and interactive projects for corporate clients such as  
Showtime Networks, Conde Nast, Marie Claire, Reebok,  
Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and many others.
